The personnel was exceptional, doing their best to assist. I was here for 5 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for all meals. Bathtub in the adapted bathroom was a plus. The service was terrific, with a heated pool and a music bar provided.

The location of the hotel was sheltered, really close to the shops/bars/restruants and the shopping centres. There was The Washington, located nearby, where we relaxed. Us and our kiddie we really enjoyed the room, it was cheap and spotless.

The hotel was in the sheltered setting to the castillo center down. The staff were lovely and informative and gave me good recommendations. The breakfast was lovely especially with the freshly cooked pancakes, I really enjoyed bread, pancakes, bacon, fruit, and eggs.

Appreciated our thoroughly enjoyable stay here, will come back. The apartment was brand-new, it included air conditioning, a balcony, and a kettle. This well-maintained hotel had a central setting to a night club that plays thumping music until 6am to go underneath bedrooms. Tapas and crisps in the wine bar were good. The service was very efficient and the pool was lovely. The heated pool was useful during our trip.

Thanks all for a very nice stay which was the main aim of the holiday. The rooms where reasonably large and freshly decorated for a better view with a bigger balcony, felt like home. The stuff was outstandingly accommodating and always pleasant, everything was amazing. The breakfast was enjoyable with fresh fish often available, a big meal plus pancakes, and had all you need.
